This is an Alignment Based Hatha Vinyasa teacher training which will approach the yoga practice with an emphasis an alignment and movement as they work together.
- A hatha vinyasa based training presented in a safe, supported environment
- incorporating Movement, Breath, and smart Alignment within a dynamic practice.
- Exploring the different ways to connect to the practice, including traditional techiques, contemporary methods, with an integrated approach to practicing in the modern lifestyle.

Chris's love and Joy for Yoga has led him for many years into different styles and depths. He has studied and taught internationally, from the United States, Australia, India, and Thailand, and has been inspired to bring an awareness into practice which ranges from yoga therapy to advanced asana, incorporating meditation, mindfulness, and accessible ways to balance and centre in the modern world.
Teaching a Broad range of practice integrating traditional and contemporary approach: vinyasa, slow flow, yin, from Beginners to Advanced.
